Radiovisiography (X-ray)

At our dental office, we take X-ray pictures using a safe, state-of-the-art X-ray equipment. Images are saved on the computer, which eliminates the need to wait. We also take pictures for other dental offices – no referral needed.

Advantages of Radiovisiography include:

• reduction in radiation by approx. 90%
• access to images immediately after they have been taken
• possibility of digital processing and electronic archiving of images

We have a system for digital image capture:

• Heliodent Plus X-ray
• Vistascan Mini image reader

If the patient so requests, we may save an image on a CD or send it to an email address.
